      Great discount at company store.

      Cons

      Pay is $13.00 hr. for their customer care representatives with is very low for what they want done. Great workers leaving company everyday. Poor management from Ageis Communications Group which is their 3rd party office supervision. Change employee's work schedules often.

      Iconic brand, beautiful products, cutting-edge creators in Paris set global trends for all others to follow. Beautiful offices, great name to put on a resume.

      Cons

      What used to be an amazing place to work has turned into an absolutely toxic environment with apathetic, self-serving and self-important leaders, starting at the top. As others have reported, you need to be one of the "favorites," or French, to get ahead, get noticed, or get developed. And even if you manage to work your way into this envied position, don't be fooled or get too comfortable -- heads will roll and blame placed in the blink of an eye or at the whim of a temperamental leader. Technology is far behind, human resources is clueless and robotic.
