Pros
Telling people that you work for Chanel, pay was very good, the clothes and accessories are beautiful, and looks great on a resume
Cons
Management had issues with communication, organization, and training. The atmosphere was very negative. Most of the management or people who suck up to management have a chip on their shoulder and an elitist attitude. I came in as a temp to assist in a department and was not explained the full scope of what my duties would be and when I asked questions or wanted to learn more, I was scolded rather than receiving help.
