      Pros

      The Chanel brand is iconic and highly desired by many throughout the World.

      Cons

      The Chanel Boutique in Orlando Fl is a toxic work environment. Management yells at employees and talks about them behind their back. Ten employees have left this boutique in the last 24 months. Many were forced out. HR at Corporate refuses to address the abuse which goes on at this Boutique. There is little chance of advancement here as compared to other Chanel Boutiques.

      I love working for chanel. Its a great brand and the trainings are amazing, they tech you everything you need to know.

      Take consideration that if you work in a department store that could affect your point of view.
