Pros

An amazing brand with such a great history, always attractive for customers and desirable. Staff discount, free uniform twice a year, incentives for staff from time to time.

Cons

No career progression, bad management, targets unbelievable, poorly and demotivating commission structure, forcing consultants to ask for customers personal details and push to book them back. People often have an understanding reaction to protect their privacy and make their own mind when they want/need to buy something. They don't care about their staff, anyone is replaceable! Low basic salary, hard work, not rewarded!

Pros

Gratis and great monthly discount. Money in boutique was far more than department stores.

Cons

Very rude managers. They were lazy. Hated that associates made more and hated to come down stairs to help. Thought they were classy because of the name on the door. Very unfair.
