Pros

This company has absolutely no pros. Even the employee stores are not worth the money. The products are extremely overpriced for end users.

Cons

This company is a joke to work for. What a disorganized company. I am glad I left the company. No respect for employees who do the dog-work. No diversity at all. Total waste of time working for this company. The Boards always disagree with company strategy. VPs of departments seem to be less educated, refuse to leave the company because they can't find jobs elsewhere. I don't recommend anyone to work for this company. The company has no long-term future, and will be in deep trouble soon or later.

Pros

Quick sales, quick money, good discounts is you want to buy the product, competitive benefits and commission structure, easily compared to like companies.

Cons

Very negative environment, no support from management, gossip and brown nosing is accepted and supported, favoritism is obvious. Dictatorship is applauded by corporate. No second chance when they place you in a difficult position. No empowerment, no motivating. No technology.

Pros

People with kiss up can hire to retire. Great place for employee discounts and bragging rights.

Cons

Worked in the IT group. Manager/Director were extremely difficult to work with. Expectation is to work Weekends/weekdays/all nighters to ensure availability. No standardization of software with tools being bought from any and every vendor. Production was the only environment which used to substitute for Development as well. No IT investment.
