Pros

Beauty training and free product.

Cons

The corporate executives are rude and uptight. Lots of negativity and not enough positive feedback. They force employees to wear a cheap Chanel uniform made in China. The uniform is badly made and fell apart. Horrible pay!

Pros

Great colleagues to work with and great benefits. The compensation was laughable compared to other companies that would pay much higher for the same position. Not much room to grow and they will pidgeon hole you into the same position for years without consideration to move you elsewhere.

Cons

Management was extremely hostile and aggressive. Going into work was a draining experience to cope with every day. Very unpleasant to say the least. The dress code was very tight and brought stress if you were not perfection.

Pros

Great product although slightly in gap with current market demand, amazing visual and design standards. A fabulous brand in general to " explore".

Cons

Not adaptive enough to the current times and clients, rigidity in their management and protective brand integrity, strict guidelines not always harmonious with local culture and clientele
