Comfortable office culture and company values work life balance. The salaries are competitive and there are various paths for career progression. Great place to learn good business practices.

Cons

Benefits could be improved to be more competitive and retain talent. The location is not ideal so there must be incentives to keep good engineers at Caterpillar.

Pros

The people are great and the company is pretty stable. Benefits are pretty close to top notch. Brand is very good.

Cons

If you don't like to move around then you will be moving up the ladder much more slowly. Benefits have been greatly reduced over the past year and a half.
