It started off as nice place to work.

Pros

It still has a decent benefits package. The company is doing well financially. The future outlook of the company is good.

Cons

The company isn’t as employee friendly as it used to be. Although the benefits package is decent, it is not what it once was. Every year there is a take away from it. The other major con is the location. The majority of the job opportunities are in Peoria, IL. There aren’t many other things around there, and Illinois is becoming an increasingly more expensive state to live.

Pros

There is some interesting work and the pay and benefits are good relative to other companies.

Cons

It's all about politics, if you are good at what you do and take pride in your work, expect to be disappointed, the quote in the title is from a retiring director.
