      Pros

      - many passionate and self-motivated people - truly a luxury product; easy to have pride in what we sell (cratsmanship, legitimacy, history) - an International company, with a family feel at times - good work get's noticed

      Cons

      - upward mobility difficult - salaries are not competitve with other lucury retailers - too much constraints from International HQ - complex politics a la francaise

      Pros

      Duh its Rodeo Drive. The glitz and glam make it fun to work in. The discount is decent and the pay is ok.

      Cons

      Management is the worst. Not at all helpful and doesn't care for their team. If this store has totally different management it might actually be a better environment to work in.
