      Pros

      The history of the company is great, and the quality of the jewelry is good.

      Cons

      Things are misrepresented by management, and poorly managed. You need to get everything in writing and do not let them take advantage of you with the schedule. The repair policies are not good; there is major customer dissatisfaction with it.

      Some departments within the company still need better people management. Be prepared to deal with individuals who have patronage positions in the workplace, as this negatively impacts the company culture, holding back the development of a fair and healthy work environment.
