Pros

Dress code is pretty casual. Discounts. You get to be around all sorts of cars.

Cons

Micro management to an extreme level. They have rules and policies for everything. Every department will hate you because you're in sales. The managers could care less about you, you are just a number but they will try hard to pretend otherwise. In my time there I have seen so many good people be fired. They care about nothing but sales. It's also 100% commison so they put no value on you as a sales profesional and they expect you to work a lot for free. And advancement is extreamly unlikely. It is a toxic work environment that I wouldn't recomend to anyone.
