Steady job, but that's about it.
Pros
Pay is better than most entry-level jobs, plenty of hours, benefits, no prior experience needed.
Cons
Pay isn't great when you consider the frankly unrealistic expectations management puts on you. Feels as though promotions are given by "playing the game," so to speak, and not through work ethic. Management will try and develop you according to where they want you to go instead of where you want to go. On the one hand, very process driven - on the other, processes are almost always changing, often with little to no input from the employees themselves. A "bottom line" type of environment with a very strict pace time - sometimes feels as though quality of work is considered second to raw output of units. Opportunities for advancement are limited for detail associates.
