pretty good hours but thats it

managers have nothing better to do besides micromanage and nitpick. none of the managers were ever sales people and they don't know how to talk to customers. also the cars are in awful condition and the service department is useless.

You get a paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

Management does not train you, your peers do. Management does micromanage you, while they are on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat all day. They ignore you if you need help, unless you are a favorite, meaning a Presidents or Diamond club member. Club members can do anything, including steal sales and customers, with management backing them all the way. You don’t have a life. You have to live at the dealership to make money.
