Pros

Great culture and personalities of those in my department. Easy to get along with folks in other roles throughout the store. Very involved leadership for career advancement opportunities from day one

Cons

This may not be a con for many others, however, a professional job and very corporate structure behind the importance of this position make retail hours a very difficult part of it
