Pros

Most of the sales managers are amazing to work for. When you put in your hours it can be lucrative pay. They commend you on a job well done. Performance is measured in every aspect of your job. Detailed reports to help you succed in areas where you may be lacking. They have plenty of resources to help you become a great sales associate. Carmax's online university for sales associates is amazing.

Cons

Medical Insurance premiums are way to expensive. Some of the managers act like if sales associates are criminals and they are the warden, instead of helping us make a sale.

Pros

Offers 401-k to part timers but will not allow health care even though our Government is pushing health care across the country.

Cons

Over staffed with salespeople. LGM blames corporate but hey, it's his store! Why hire more salespeople but the support staff remains fairly flat. To many salespeople makes each salesperson get a smaller paycheck . . .but HEY! He loves us! LOL
