You could do worse. Good advancement Opportunites.
Pros
Very structured work environment, including regular feedback; clear career development plan; clear outline of duties/responsibilities. Management pay is ok, slightly on the low side though. WIth over 100 locations nation-wide, it's easy to advance or relocate if you wish.
Cons
The entry-level positions are pretty poor pay. -Most start around $9 per hour or so. The working environment is almost too structured; too rigid. They take their jobs a little too seriously and minor slip-ups are seen as earth shattering infractions. It's hard to explain. Soo many meetings, too!! Hours can be long and late on a regular basis (often staying past midnight) and even entry level hourly associates are expected to stay no matter how long ago your shift ended or what other important things you need to attend to outside of work.
