Pros
CarMax values and expects integrity. Great company as long as you do not mind the retail hours. The managers are honest and very involved in providing feedback. They are great at working with you if you need time off and they really do care about the employees.
Cons
Retail hours. Feedback is given constantly which can sometimes be overbearing. CarMax consistently wants to chase waste out of their operations which is great in theory but the workload is too heavy for a lot of positions.
