Pros

The pay is decent, benefits are nice and the people are fun to work with. The hours -- at least the scheduled hours -- are great. Classic 3-4 schedule; however you may end up working 6 to 7 days per week.

Cons

There is a high turnover ratio at the Laurel position. You will be worked long and hard. Lunch break may or may not happen. Sleeping in the guard shack overnight highly recommended.

Great building Relaxed Atmosphere Casual Work Environment Nice Facilities Team Builders off campus Well maintained grounds and walking path Covered Parking

Cons

Vacation Policy (they say you have unlimited, but try to use more than three weeks and see what happens) After hours support (happens all the time)

Pros

Great training program, good team envirnoment, lots of opportunity for growth as long as you are a hard worker. Never a boring job, always some type of challange, and a fast pace envirnoment.

Cons

Retail Hours, some of the hourly associates are not as motiviated and do not do as good of a job, so you have to pick up the slack when others do not do their job or communicate.
