Pros

Great selection of cars for a very diverse customer base. Service department knowledge of vehicles. Technicians very helpful. Employee discounts and first dibs on wholesale vehicles a huge PLUS!

Cons

We should be paid more for every car we sell. The $10 per unit raise, not good enough. The same pay rate since inseption. Inflation is real we should be paid $200-$225 per unit.

Pros

Team environment. I feel value in what I do. Growth opportunities. Emphasizes on Training and developing people. Strong morals for a company in the car business. The promote from within in the purchasing department.

Cons

Working weekends, but that retail. Difficult customer service situations arise frequently. Can be over competitive at times between team members. Tension can arise between departments and distract from the overall goal of selling quality vehicles.
