Working in 100 degree heat is death, also cold winters are terrible. I had no idea I would be outside this often.

Great training, good managers, nice environment.

Cons

Industry reputation is hard to get rid of even though CarMax is nothing at all like the used car industry. Pay is very low so turnover is high. Only one Saturday off every 6 weeks. Management is obcessed with timekeeping late by 1 minute 4 times in a year and you are fired-automatically.
