Your earnings are based on your willingness to be productive at work.

Cons

I work a lot, days off are non existent. That is my choice though. I rather come to work and be with my friendly coworkers then sit home and spend money.

You can call out and because your on comision only . No one cares

Cons

managment. They have been there for years they are over worked and under paid. If you are a go getter they will give you a hard time becuase in your first year you can make more then them. Useless training and sales meeting. The Norcross GA store is a wild mess. No one follows the rules and the ones who kiss up are the ones they protect. Way too much work for commision only. Good job for a old man with no friends. Also good for the non social peson

Stores are constantly understaffed, high turnover rate, favoritism from supervisors all the way to senior VP. Pay does not equal work. Slow advancement.
