great health insurance, great stock market plan, easy to get into at entry level and gain experience

working full time as an hourly (not commission based) associate is hard to live off of

Good pay, good vacation, climate controlled shop, provided tools.

Cons

Extremely biased management, poor quality parts used in repairs, insufficient resources and tools to perform repairs, ridiculous standards and company policies, no effort put forth to get to the root of problems, employees they don't like are terminated for things they didn't even do.
