At least it's not boring...

Pros

Dynamic in the sense that day-to-day job changes, not a lot of time is spent doing nothing, everyone seems to genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Cons

The pay is a joke, constantly talking about moving up with the company makes it seem as if managers feel the need to sell the idea to me.

Pros

I love working at carmax because everyday I get a chance to solve a new problem or work in another role. This company is very invested in their employees, they spend countless hours training you in everything. (no guess work for any associate)

Cons

Not really a con but there are a lot of overtime weeks, I love it but some don't. To each his own

Pay could be better, performance ranking not proper needs to be more relevant and pertinent to the job
