Pros

It is what you make of it, decent pay, advancement opportunities, many locations to choose from if you get tired of you're current position/location, bonus's, vacation days.

Cons

Moving departments is a challenge, hours of operation, pay scale stops…..if you like the position you're in.

Competitive pay for managers, casual environment, good benefits

Cons

CarMax is becoming a big company and is losing the young, entrepreneurial feel it once had. The culture is starting to resemble a Dilbert cartoon and the company is starting to lose that which made it different from other retail environments.
