Pros

Supportive coworkers and a generally positive work environment. Management is approachable and willing to help when needed. Good opportunity to build customer service and communication skills. Scheduling is fairly consistent and training is provided to help you succeed.

Cons

Workload can be stressful during busy times and staffing can feel limited. Communication from management could be clearer at times. Pay may not always match the workload or expectations. Opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited depending on the department.
