It's a stressful environment, but fun place to work.
Pros
You meet some of the most amazing people. They're caring, funny, and what make you love coming back every day. The benefits were good. They'll have meetings, and if you're even able to attend, they give away food and prizes. Managers are willing to help you with work life balance for sure. They have grants to help you if your family needs it. If you ask for work opportunities, they'll help you, but be aware...they MAY use you to benefit their business first.
Cons
Scheduling was horrible. How did we have 3 people scheduled until 1pm, but still expected to get our personal assigned work done, on top of giving great customer service. The managers/leads are great at telling you to do something, but they don't take the initiative to do things themselves. Then they'll ask why you're stressed. Your opinion does not matter. The business office helps every single department. 1. Makes the worst pay in the building. 2. Constantly disrespected by Sales managers and their consultants. 3. They're quick to tell you what you do wrong, and not what you excel at. Oh and 4. The service advisors will tell their customers to come after hours, but there's a major issue not disclosed...so guess who gets screamed and yelled at by a person who we know nothing about. Advisors make the good money but horrible at communicating and customer service.
