I had a good friend there.

Cons

They will let you work well over 40 hours per week-but with no overtime-that's the life of commission sales-lots of effort but not necessary lots of pay! The training is very long - about 4 weeks of video training and shadowing a mentor-after the first week most people are bored and ready to do something else. Also, Watch your back because the rumor is true that commission car sales is cut-throat. Other sales consultants will lie-cheat or steal deals if they can.
