Pros

Great job at first. Doesn’t stay that way. Nice people Low stress

Cons

Constant micromanaging from all levels in LA region. Women are held to a different standard in this company. You’ll be lucky if you make it in the boys club here. There is no teamwork and you have to constantly fight with peers to get things done. Carmax is grasping at straws to stay relevant with the pressure Carvana and Vroom are adding. They are not doing this well and associates are done with the confusion and mismanagement. I was hoping when the LA region got new Upper management that things would change but alas, same old same old. Things will not change.
