Monthly bonus , you can work your way up . Training is thorough to ensure that you understand the job duties coming out of training .

Cons

You’ll get written up Repetitively for any and every little thing , until you’re terminated ( 3 strikes then you’re out ) . They have this whole “car max cares “ logo , but it’s all about you showing up for them and them only .
