-Benefit packages are some of the best in the industry -The company relocation package is amazing -The culture is great depending on the store location

Cons

- Some regions have better work environments than others -Succession plans for promotions are not consistent -Retaliation is a thing among managers they won't admit it - Their home office is out of touch with the people who are actually "boots on the ground," though they pretend to know what is happening. -Most external hires at the corporate level come from other big box companies and will bring their team over; meanwhile, there are qualified tenured associates within the company who have been waiting to be promoted, anywhere from 2 years to 20 years.
