Pros

Get full benefits after 30 days.

Cons

sales quota of 10 cars led to getting fired. There is NO written agreement for 10 cars a month. When I agreed to work for them, I never saw or signed anything. They railroad you by constant write ups to justify your termination. Way to much turn over. Inconsistent management. Promotions by favoritism.

Pros

If you work hard you really make a decent money.

Cons

Managment is very bad.From LGM, some buyers and most of the Sales Managers the make you feel like you are in jail.Every meeting is a nightmare, instead of giving you a good feedback because your performance the treat you like you are last person that makes the company be in good standing.And at the end of any meeting they remind you that you will became a customer at any time.....very sad place to work!

Pros

The benefits are very good.

Cons

They HAD a pention plan. Senior managers should not be the head of a department unless they understand how it operates. Not enough porters in the winter. People are pulled from all departments to clean snow from cars.
