Pros

Discount on labor service & parts for your car. A lot of advancement opportunities available

Cons

The CSR position does everything. There is a lot that you have to learn in training, which you will be quizzed on at the end of training and if you don't not pass you will get the job. No vacation, medical or dental benefits for part time.

Low stress, very regimented, no haggle selling

Cons

Sales commissions are a set amount that has not risen in 20+ years, about 15% of vehicles available for sale still have some issue with them after the "125 point inspection"
