the associates you work with are great.

Cons

where to start: micromanaging is huge, write ups for speaking your mind, if you are not in the "favoritism" group you will be more likely to get reviews. management that have no clue how to change a battery in a car telling you how to repair vehicles. Gluing bumpers on, and not repairing them correctly which is deceiving for the consumer is outrages. managment asking you to review yourself and changing it to what they want you to be. You are a robot there, you not a person. This place will drag you down. They are not family oriented like they say. cant regret that I worked there, but I do regret staying as long as I did.
