Pros
Capgemini does care about its people. I am repeatedly surprised by their willingness to support employees who find themselves in a difficult place. This isn't a place where people insult their colleagues or clients. Teamwork is the way it is done. The depth of experience of the average consultant is impressive. They don't bid on stuff they don't know how to do. The organization is highly ethical. People are polite to each other. This is aplace you know if you fit very quickly.
Cons
The compensation and promotion opportunities are not great. The review process is complex and slow though well meaning. Getting useful feedback is your responsibility, you need to have the reflex to ask because otherwise, it can be to little, too late.
