Pros

- exposure to high-level clients (tier one banks, regional banks, PE firms, etc) - generally young company with dynamic, motivated people -tons of fun events to network such as coaching tree showdown, ski trip, insane holiday/summer parties, happy hours and more

Cons

- interesting project work and exposure to senior leadership is limited to NY office - don't have much choice in project work for first two years; you must "pay your dues" as an Associate - many of the projects that are sold are staff aug - average 401k

Pros

Great company with great values and very client oriented.

Cons

Very stressful at times because of social gatherings and meetings. If you have a young family, it might be bit stressful to make after work commitments.

no experience required, they will teach you everything you need to know

Cons

A lot of hierarchy where you will not do a lot of problem solving client work (other than fixing excel sheets and powerpoints) for the first two years.
