      Pros

      Nowhere is perfect and Capco isnt either but it has some very tangible benefits: its an optimal size, doesnt have the complexity and bureaucracy of a corporate nor the chaos and uncertainty of a smaller firm. Leadership are approachable, culture is open and transparent and a great place to gain consulting experience for 3-5 years. No fixed time in role.

      Nothing major given its size - there is a wide portfolio of work - some projects are genuinely, cutting edge transformational, others are more routine "run the bank". Some inspirational leaders and some who are bit out of their depth due to the pace of their promotion and growth of the firm,

      Great people and ambitious growth plans. Hard work is recognised and feel valued for contribution. Very collaborative environment and high profile clients.

      Growing company with ambitious goals. overwhelming at times but ultimately support is there if needed.
