Pros

Flat structured organisation which rewards those who are keen to progress and contribute to the firm Friendly and open colleagues who are willing to engage and assist where needed Wide range of client accounts with broadly interesting engagements Strong focus on emerging tech and trends across Financial Services Solid remuneration packages for consultancy UK Managing Partner is an asset to the firm

Cons

Personal experience is derived from the account your work on - some are long term and tend slightly more towards resource augmentation but this is true for all consultancies in the current climate Still a slight differentiation between 'old school Capco' and the newer joiners, as the firm has grown so aggressively over recent years, those who have been onboard for 5yrs+ are a tight knit (and often senior) group which is sometimes hard to penetrate
