Money + Salary + Colleagues = work and food.

Cons

Not an honest company - very devious and lots of backstabbing. People not being treated fairly from an HR perspective. Poor recruitment and hidden agendas. A sales driven managed service/recruitment company (not a consultancy) approach that people need to be careful with.

Reasonably well recognized brand in FS Capital Markets, nice niche for a boutique this size. Smart people who really know their space. Good place for junior staffers to learn

Too much like Accenture - pushing sales - long hours working and after hours partying required

Capco is a great place for those interested in a consulting career to hone their skills and knowledge and to learn from the best. A career in any consulting firm is not a 9-5 job and at times it can mean working longer hours, however, Capco remains very focused on a positive work-life balance. Any employee who has concerns about working sustained long hours is encouraged to speak with their HR Business Partner or Coach.
