Pros

Will be offered good salary and good designations like manager, Senior consultant

Cons

No Proper Policy for anything. Firing is common. Any one at any level will be fired anyday for no reason and without any sufficient notice being given. Lots of favoritism. Performance never been considered.

Pros

Employee focused Fair pay Choice of projects Capco gives the opportunity and support to take your career in your selected direction. There is interesting work out there if you search for it. You get out of Capco what you put in. Good social scene and good events. The management decision making is fairly transparent. GROW programme gives the opportunity to work abroad. London and Hong Kong offices are doing well.

Cons

Benefits are limited Change of management causing unrest High staff turnover There has been a takeover by FIS and which means the focus is now more so on profitability - mass hiring, less 'exotic' events, and less generosity. Speed of progression can sometimes be based on popularity within the account and image over substance. Some think the firm was 'special' before the FIS takeover and has lost some shine. Lots of people looking back to when Capco used to give iPads as Christmas presents and fly everyone to Germany for a social - there was no Christmas gift this year and socials are held in East London bars. No bonuses this year. Staff turnover quite high due to internal unrest and attractive offers from competitors. New York and other locations not doing as well as other locations. Boldrocket is in trouble.
