Providing support and guidance to all employees is a fundamental part of the Capco ethos – we have recently restructured our coaching model, so that employees at all levels have access to a network of coaching and mentoring support. The coaching family networks are there to provide career advice, support and learning. In addition, the firm is investing heavily in core training schools for all levels of the business with the content of these schools based on direct feedback from our people. One of the great advantages of a career in consulting is the ability to work on different client projects and get broad exposure. While every role may not be an exact match for an individual’s longer-term career interests, our aim is always to work closely with our employees and their coaches to ensure that we are providing challenging consulting opportunities for them to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Capco UK moved to a new office location in Shoreditch in 2014, which supports a more collaborative, open plan working environment. However, professionalism, client confidentiality and security remain of the upmost importance. This is reinforced by the leadership team and regular security audits.
