We are disappointed to hear about your experience at Capco. Contrary to your comments, we have a wide portfolio of prestigious clients and projects across the financial services industry. If colleagues would like to learn more about the projects underway they can attend our quarterly town halls, internal domain and capability events, or connect with the Resourcing team. Promotions are based on a criteria which is available to all employees, along with career development resources, on our intranet. We hold two promotion cycles per year to provide lots of opportunity for employees to progress based on their performance. If a colleague would like additional support regarding the promotion process or their promotion case, they are encouraged to reach out to their Coach or HR Business Partner to discuss.
