      Favoritism Hours not flexible and long hours Poor quality of projects Some very difficult staffs in middle management to work with

      1 - Few good people

      Cons

      1 - Politically Inclined Company,support Regionalism and Cast-ism. 2 - No good projects,only support and maintenance. 3 - Poor Management leading to ambiguous deals with the client,thereby affecting the employees life. 4 - Fire and Hire - Key principal of company. They fire experienced resources and hire new resources for good Money and make them suffer until they quit. 5 - HR department is not doing anything relevant for the organization - Non Supporting, Arrogant and Incapable. 6 - Not at all a Employee friendly company - Client is the only genre they listen to. Employee voice is always ignored.
