Pros

Great open culture, management and partner level are easy to talk to. A family feel - the company genuinely cares about its people and their happiness Great comms from management about strategy etc Decent salaries Decent benefits

Cons

Interesting roles can be limited You can get stuck on a client account just because you have experience on it - defeating the purpose of being a consultant and being able to try new things

Pros

A very social company, lots of energy. The management seem to make a lot of effort to communicate with the people, lots of opportunities for promotions and career advancement. Good tools are provided such as top end laptops, cells etc

Cons

Hours can be long on some projects and getting down-time can be a challenge. Very focused in New York and DC so its hard if you are not located there
