      1. One of the good organisations to be in for next 2-3 years .You shall see growth for sure. 2.The old management in India is back for GROWTH and mediocrity will not continue anymore. 3.An open and learning culture is definitely available and Capco in its new avatar shall be one of the best Consulting firms in the business.

      Cons

      Not really - except that recent changes only at the senior management level could have been well communicated as it was due to redundancy in the structure which not all of the employees could resonate with .
