Pros

Good Insurance. Some cool people still there. Some management actually know what they are doing and are great to work with (Principle Consultants and Partners). Banking Domain still has some good projects but big brother FIS wants more staff augmentation. If you cant find any work - then go for it with an exit strategy

Cons

Capital Markets domain is now run by ex-IB operations guys who are destroying the company's reputation with Staff Augmentation projects. Management lies straight to their employees about nearly everything. Lots of money spent on the New York "in office" perks. If you are on a project and produce revenue for Capco, you will never see any of these perks so no need to list them. Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. Bonus is a joke for Financial Services.
