Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the many opportunities and benefits from working at Capco. A consulting career can mean lots of travel and change, however, this is also what many people enjoy about the profession. If at any time our employees are unhappy with their work situation, we encourage them to reach out to their Coach, HR representative or manager for support.

Pros

The internal company culture is great and very supportive of employee's personal interests.

Cons

With regard to the client projects, there is often a misalignment between what Capco markets itself as ( Cutting edge financial technology consultation) and the majority of projects Capco actually lands (Back office regulatory staff augmentation).

Thank you for your review. It's good to hear that you enjoy the company culture at Capco, and the opportunity to pursue your interests through Capco's community activities. As a firm, Capco is very open to hearing new ideas from employees to help shape the firm, and many of our people are involved in supporting a variety of internal initiatives including CSR, training, recruitment and celebration events. Regarding your comments on the types of projects available, as a firm, we offer a variety of work assignments across the financial services sector. At times an individual may find themselves in a role which is not completely aligned to their career aspirations, and where this is the case they are encouraged to speak with their Coach, HR representative and/or a member of the Leadership team. Where a transition to a different role is possible, we will support this and where this is not immediately the case, the individual's Coach and Manager can help to identify development opportunities within the role. Thanks for your continued contribution to Capco!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you are enjoying the opportunities offered by the firm. Capco's exclusive focus on the financial services industry enables our employees to gain deep expertise in this sector, working for a range of tier 1 clients, and alongside experts in the field. We regularly benchmark our compensation and benefits offering to ensure that we remain competitive in the market in all of our locations, and we are pleased to hear your comments on this. A career in consulting in any firm will require working extra hours at times, however, we always look to encourage a positive work life balance. Where employees are working long hours for a sustained period, they should flag this to their HR representative or coach. Thanks for your continued contribution to the firm!
