Best reasons is HR is very cooperative and understanding and they try to ensure you are made comfortable. Policies are employee friendly. senior management is always available in case of direction required. Employees are motivated with good cultural programmes and better compensation benefits based on performance..employees are appreciated for the good work done. Good work culture. Work life balance is maintained. Fruit of the day.

Cons

Office is quite far as it takes lot of travel time...

1. Leader is the one who is followed by everyone. The managers are highly passionate, Lovable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in team. 2. Learning & innovation is in mindset. 3. Good work life balance 4. High pay and other benefits 5. TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More. I can give a live example and that's Capco. 6. Sports & Fun 7. Providing other benefits like Family health insurance , Doctor, Library(75K+ Books), Fruits and many more.

Cons

Pros

I been working at Capco not long but I can see great opportunity to grow in my career. Colleagues are nice. The company still new in Thailand and many things need to be set-up but I am great to be a part of team and feel valuable.

Cons

The process of new joiners quite slow for employee's account and set-up, no FIS guideline or guide for new joiners such as how to use FIS features and list of tasks they have to submit daily basis etc.
