Collaborative, inclusive culture - entrepreneurship encouraged but success celebrated together. Attitude here is not "why?", but "why not?" Brand recognition growing rapidly. Communication from leadership increasing in volume and quality

Old Street tube station needs to be bigger!

Great work environment at Capco Energy Solutions - Houston

Pros

As with any company, people are the key. I have worked with some really great (and smart) people at Capco. * very positive atmosphere is created by leadership and colleagues alike * lost of opportunities for career development * very little office politics

Cons

This is the former Sungard Energy busines unit which was purchased by FIS and now integrated into Capco. A recent alignment of titles to match the level in Capco resulted in some members receiving "downgrades" in title but not compensation.
