The firm works hard to ensure that employees are placed in roles which align to their skill set as well as career aspirations. Occasionally employees are placed in a role which may not be an exact fit based on business needs , however on those occasions we always strive to maintain an open dialogue to ensure that an individual can move to a more suitable role as soon as possible.
