      Little variation in projects, many BAU work and very difficult to get off a project once you start on it

Regarding your comments on projects, Capco offers a broad range of projects right across the financial services industry and the variety is increasing with the growth of the firm. If an employee wants to move to a different project then they are encouraged to discuss this with their project manager, coach, the resourcing team, their HR representative or a member of the leadership team and wherever possible, the firm aims to align an individual's career aspirations with the right project. Employees are also actively encouraged to have a regular dialogue with their manager and coach to discuss their career goals and development needs to help identify appropriate work assignments.

      Fast growing brand among financial services clients Focused on new consulting - digital and next gen tech, rather than "standard" project delivery Compensation is fair based on levels and competitors Meritocracy with a very robust and fair performance management process Ability to shape the firm and access senior management at every level - unlike other consultancy firms

      Relatively constrained cost base for discretionary spend (e.g. back office investment)

To your point, the firm's rapid growth has placed pressure on some of our support functions and internal processes - investment has already been made in a number of areas to address this and it's important that we continue to evaluate this to ensure that the right infrastructure is in place as we continue to grow the firm.
